Do you ship to USA?

Unfortunately I am currently NOT shipping to the USA due to the high tarrifs 🙁

Do you ship to my country?

Currently I am only shipping to the following:
– South-east Asian countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos
– Asia: South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China
– Australia and New Zealand
– European countries: Denmark, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Germany, Italy
– Canada

If your country is not listed here, please contact me via the contact form or through IG dms such that I can include it!

Does my package come with a tracking number?

Yes! All packages will come with a tracking number.

For Local (Singapore) Orders:
– All packages will be sent out via Singpost’s Registered mail

International Orders:
– All packages will be sent out via tracked mail and a tracking number will be provided
– Singpost will pass your package over to your local courier
– If you haven’t received your parcel in ~2weeks, you approach your local courier with the tracking number

I accidentally submitted the wrong address, what should I do?

After submitting your order, please check that your address is correct to prevent delays and additional costs.

If your address is wrong, please email me or message me on instagram immediately.
(1) If your order has not been packed, I will still be able to change the address for no additional charge.
(2) If your order has already been packed and I have already bought your stamp, you would need to pay for shipping again so I can repurchase your stamp.
(3) If your address has already been shipped, it would take 1-2 weeks for your package to bounce back to me. You would need to pay for shipping again so I can repurchase your stamp.

What payment methods are accepted?

For local (Singapore) orders, PayLah! and PayNow are both accepted and preferred (there will be no additional transaction fee).

For international orders, credit card is accepted. Please do not select the PayLah! / PayNow option if you are based overseas as your payment will not be valid and will cause delays with your order.

How long would it take for my order to process?

Orders are usually sent out in 5-8 business days especially during the first week of shop updates as there can be high volume. Otherwise, it would be sent out in 3-4 business days. All the orders are packed by me so please be patient, thank you!

How long would shipping take?

Local (Singapore) shipping would take 2-3 days for tracked shipping once mailed off.

International shipping would take an estimate of 2-4 weeks for shipping within Asia, and 3-6 weeks for shipping outside of Asia

Do you have your products in any physical stores?

Yes we do in Singapore at
Vintagewknd (41 Haji Lane) -> for claw clips, socks, keychains and plushies
Open Door Store (80 Playfair Rd) -> for riso prints, shirts and plushies

Can I have a refund?

Please contact me through instagram or directly at rissaartt@gmail.com if the product you received is damaged. Refunds will only be provided for damaged or defective goods.
